Reservations
We respectfully request that all reservations are confirmed in writing where time permits and guaranteed with a credit card.
A 25% deposit (of the total holiday cost) is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
The Glenforsa Hotel's cancellation policy is as follows;
50% of the deposit will be deducted from cancellations made within one month of the date of travel.
100% of the deposit will be deducted from cancellations made within two weeks of the date of travel.
For any reservations cancelled within one week of the date of travel, a charge equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your holiday will be made.
In the event that guest fails to arrive and have given no notice, or the reservation is curtailed after arrival, the full cost of their stay will be payable.
We strongly advise clients to take out holiday insurance.
Paying your Bill
The Glenforsa Hotel will accept payment in any of the following methods;
Cash in Sterling, UK cheque with a banker's card, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Switch/Maestro
